Standard rentals include up to 7 days. Need more time? Add extra days for a small daily fee.

Yes — early pickups are available. The price doesn’t change if you use fewer than 7 days.

We recommend 3–5 business days ahead of your project. Rentals are first come, first served.

Monday–Friday (weather permitting). Weekend service may be arranged with advance notice.

Your name, drop-off address, preferred delivery date, placement notes, email for the receipt, and a phone number. Contractors: we’ll keep a card on file for incidentals/overages.

Common Kokomo sizes include 10, 15, and 20 yards. As a quick guide: 10-yard for small cleanouts/DIY; 15-yard for kitchen/bath updates or roofing; 20-yard for whole-home cleanouts or light construction.

Driveways and other flat, hard surfaces are best. Tight access? Tell us — we’ll advise on the safest placement. Street placement may require a city permit.

Yes. We’ll pick up the full dumpster and deliver a new one. Multi-dumpster jobs may qualify for discounts.

Not required as long as placement instructions are clear and the area is accessible.

We’re recycling-first. Since 2017, Kokomo loads go to our recycling center where we sort materials and divert up to 90% from landfills.

Roofing shingles, concrete, asphalt, wood, vinyl, cardboard, metals, and more — if it can be recycled, we separate it.

We price transparently. Recycling and responsible handling are built into our process so your project stays clean and compliant.

Yes — contractors receive discounted rates. We require a debit/credit card on file for incidentals and overages.

General household junk, furniture, renovation debris, roofing, yard waste (non-hazardous), wood, metals, cardboard, and many construction materials.

Hazardous waste such as paints/solvents, oils, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, and flammables are not accepted. When in doubt, contact us and we’ll guide you.

Most private-property placements (e.g., driveways) don’t require a permit. Street/right-of-way placements may require a temporary permit from the City of Kokomo.

Each size has a weight allowance. If you exceed it, standard overage rates apply. Ask us for guidance before loading heavy debris like concrete or shingles.
